Gonna need the lore behind this

Pasilion responds:

Frankly at the moment the lore is a sea/mess of sticky notes and random voice records. It will be my life's work. I hope that in a few years I manage to have time and funds to make it real.

Very interesting, have you ever considered doing a short animation loop based on this?
We didn't tackle animation, but they made us work with screen printing up to building our own mesh. Enjoyable for the most part, though the smell of thinner was a nightmare, and the blocker was finicky and would let colors seep through at times.

Olahresidence responds:

If I had the time, patience, and abundance of materials, I would try to do a traditionally painted animation. It would take forever though, and I have other projects I'm working on at the moment.

Kind of like being thrust into the unknown with all the uncertainty. The bleeding makes me think of student loans for some reason.

Olahresidence responds:

Oh absolutely. The price of student loans as well as being disabled and dealing with academic ableism makes me sort of regret even being thrust into academia in the first place. "Get a degree" they said "it'll be your ticket to improving your life," they said.

Also, in a fashion similar to the 2017 hurricanes, the COVID situation unearthed a lot of hardship and living condition issues. They were always there, but generally turned a blind eye to.

Olahresidence responds:

Hell, you could compare it to the most infamous hurricane, Katrina. I visited New Orleans before and after the hurricane and even still the city has a huge homelessness crisis. Or the recession of 2008, where a lot of college graduates were thrust into an uncertain job market. All we can do is wait for it to get better and point out the flaws in the system, unfortunately.

That's adorable, what about one with the Penguin robe?

Low-res or not, it looks pretty good. Its the expression you'd expect after going through 2020

Olahresidence responds:

Oh absolutely. I haven't felt anything but this expression since 2020. A perpetual tiredness for existence.

As soon as one falls, a new self at odds with the current one. Its a very familiar feeling, though this time with a cool implied fight behind it. I like it.

The Cirno is a decoy

Akuma but he got his act together and took up Deviljho hunting

I clicked thinking it was Len from Melty Blood on the thumbnail. Very good though
